Our Vision:                               

Avatar was established at Auroville in 1975. Auroville is an international town seeking to fulfill the vision of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo to create a birthplace for a new human unity that embraces all religions, creeds, and cultures. We train, educate and employ young men and women from the surrounding rural areas as part of our goal of social upliftment of the weaker section of society and encourage them to progress both financially and spiritually for a better and higher living. Avatar logo consists of Lotus. The Lotus is the symbol of Divine manifesting on Earth for the further evolution of species. We believe in a constant and continuous progress towards perfection in what we produce.
